You know how they say rest and recovery are essential. Yes, I’ve been resting and recovering, and feel hugely relieved from the work stress. And, of course, watching The Big Bang Theory keeps me super happy.

Week 40 of 2019
The holiday season has begun, and even though, I’ve been a busy bee where work is concerned, I’ve taken the opportunity of holidays this week to recover and rest. 🙂

In the gym, this was more of a recovery week. Other than that, I celebrated my birthday this week.
